Delivery Charges and Timings

Daily deliveries are available between 10am - 6pm, at a charge of $15.

Same day delivery applies to orders confirmed before 12pm each day.

Local delivery is available with a minimum purchase of $30.

For all orders, we seek your understanding that for any redelivery request, there will be an additional charge of $15.

Delivery service excludes the following places: Tuas / Jurong Islands / Changi Airport / Army Camps / PSA Ports.
Self-collection

You may collect your order at our studio in Woodlands, after your payment has been verified. Full address will be stated upon checkout. Kindly inform us at +65 94315913 for any last minute changes in self-collection timings.
Cancellation

We do not accept any cancellation of order after the payment is verified. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, please contact us 3 full working days in advance of the original delivery date.
Returns

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong order to you.

For any discrepancies in quality or order, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Jan’s Floristry reserves the right to cancel, refund or exchange any order at its sole discretion.
Delivery Vendors

We usually do in-house deliveries but we do engage delivery service from our trusted vendors, especially during special occasions.

Some vendors that we personally endorse include Bellavery Delivery and Ezy Pzy Delivery.

We will keep to the delivery timings as agreed upon confirmation of your order, but do give us a leeway of 30 minutes as it is hard to predict the traffic conditions.

If you find that our delivery charges are unreasonable, we welcome you to arrange courier delivery on your end or do self-collection.
